RETURNS	If you received the wrong order or your order was damaged in transit, please contact us directly at tania@taniawicks.com.au as soon as possible with photos of the condition or problem and we will assist you and replace the incorrect or damaged item/s. PLEASE keep the original packaging your puzzle arrived in and use it to protect the puzzle box and post back to us. Puzzle needs to be returned in the same condition as it was received, with plastic seal fully in tact. We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
MISSING PIECE	Our manufacturer has a closed cut and packaging system, making it unlikely that your puzzle would have a missing piece. In the unlikely event of a lost or missing piece, please search the puzzle box, puzzle bag, puzzle trays, the floor, your pets, your pocket, and everywhere else. Send an email with photo of completed puzzle to show the missing piece to tania@taniawicks.com.au within 30days.
